■ Switching the phone on and off
Warning: Do not switch the phone on when wireless phone use is prohibited or
when it may cause interference or danger.
Press and hold the End key until the phone switches
on or off.
Note that if the phone displays
Insert SIM card
even
though the SIM card is properly inserted, or
SIM card
not supported
, contact your network operator or
service provider. Your phone does not support 5-Volt SIM cards and the card may
need to be changed.
If the phone asks for a PIN code or the security code, scroll to the desired digit in
the character bar, and press
Select
. Repeat this for each digit of the code. If you
enter an incorrect character, press
Clear
to delete it. Press
Options
and select
Accept
.
